In November of 2021 my Mom, Barbara Sanders was diagnosed with a very early stage of Leukemia, along with Waldenstrom Lymphoma. Waldenstrom Lymphoma is one of the rarest forms of Lymphoma that begins in the white blood cells and has NO CURE.
Not long after her diagnoses I was nominated to participate in the LLS Man of the Year Campaign. My campaign is a way for me to honor and support my Mom in her fight, while raising awareness and money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
This shirt was created to help us raise money for my campaign, while also honoring all the Educators who are more than just Teachers. We are one of the backbones of society, and we wear many different hats during our tenure as educators. This shirt is a representation of that, and hey my Mom was easily one of the best Educators I've had, so it's also a little nod to her :)
We are also doing something special with this PreOrder!! For each Educator who purchases one of these shirts they will be placed into a riksand Giveaway held on May 24th!! On that day we will pull 5 Names from those Educators who ordered and award them with prizes ranging from Gift Cards & Certificates to local stores, restaurants, and businesses to kick off their Summer Break.
All you have to do to be entered into the Giveaway is place the School or College that you work at in the NOTES/INSTRUCTIONS BOX while concluding your order.
