In 2020 we created our #Bosemanstrong tShirt to honor and pay tribute to Mr. Chadwick Boseman who sadly passed away that same year due to his battle with colon cancer. Earlier in the year we created our #MOMSTRONG shirt to show love and support for my Mother as she too battled Stage 3 colon cancer with ALL PROCEEDS going to the Lydia Project. The Lydia Project is a local nonprofit organization that helps young women and women in need during their battle against this terrible disease. We were overwhelmed with the support & love and raised $1000 for the Lydia Project.
Our #BOSEMANSTRONG tShirt was an extension of our #MOMSTRONG shirt and we wanted to support an organization that Mr. Boseman supported which is the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. ALL PROCEEDS from this shirt will once again be going to St. Jude and our goal is to at least raise $1000 during this release, which is $500 more than we raised during our first release, and continue to raise awareness about Colon Cancer.
Mr. Boseman showed us what true strength and courage is by keeping his battle private, while continuing to be our heroes on screen. From Thurgood Marshall, James Brown, Jackie Robinson, and one of the 5 Bloods, to King T'Challa himself, Chadwick Boseman has left a lasting impression on Hollywood, but also in our hearts.
Our #BOSEMANSTRONG shirt honors his strength and courage, and we hope it inspires others who are fighting their own personal battles. Let's all be #BOSEMANSTRONG and always remember #BOSEMANFOREVER!!
